Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on program activity and your account status. You may receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency will increase around program launch events.
Opting Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. USA Smart Home Solutions does not charge for SMS messages we send, but your carrier's rates apply.

We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third party or affiliate for marketing, solicitation, or promotional purposes. Your consent to receive text messages from us does not constitute consent to receive messages from any other entity.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
State Program Administrators
We share information necessary to process your application with the relevant state energy office (such as the NC Department of Environmental Quality / APTIM for Energy Saver NC) and the U.S. Department of Energy as required to administer the Home Energy Rebate programs.
Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our website and deliver services — such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and SMS platform providers. These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Contractors
With your consent, we share relevant contact and property information with licensed energy auditors and contractors assigned to your project.
Legal Requirements
